FidgetBox Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedule

  • Boxes are shipped on the 5th of each quarter (January 5, April 5, July 5, October 5).
  • If the 5th falls on a public holiday in Switzerland, shipping may be adjusted accordingly.

Shipping Regions

  • We ship internationally.
  • If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us at contact@fidgetbox.ch for assistance.
  • Delivery times depend on the destination country and carrier.

New Subscribers & Cutoff Dates

  • Cutoff Date: The last day of the previous month (March 31 for Q2, June 30 for Q3, etc.).
  • Before the cutoff date: The first charge covers the upcoming quarter’s box (e.g., subscribing on March 28 = gets April 5 box).
  • After the cutoff date: The first charge covers the next quarter’s box (e.g., subscribing on April 2 = gets July 5 box). The subscriber will receive a welcome gift instead of the current quarter’s box.

Lost or Damaged Boxes

  • If a box is damaged or lost, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@fidgetbox.ch with details and photos.
  • We may offer a replacement box or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

Customs Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country.
