FidgetBox Shipping Policy
Shipping Schedule
- Boxes are shipped on the 5th of each quarter (January 5, April 5, July 5, October 5).
- If the 5th falls on a public holiday in Switzerland, shipping may be adjusted accordingly.
Shipping Regions
- We ship internationally.
- If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us at contact@fidgetbox.ch for assistance.
- Delivery times depend on the destination country and carrier.
New Subscribers & Cutoff Dates

Cutoff Date: The last day of the previous month (March 31 for Q2, June 30 for Q3, etc.).

Before the cutoff date: The first charge covers the upcoming quarter’s box (e.g., subscribing on March 28 = gets April 5 box).

After the cutoff date: The first charge covers the next quarter’s box (e.g., subscribing on April 2 = gets July 5 box). The subscriber will receive a welcome gift instead of the current quarter’s box.
Lost or Damaged Boxes
- If a box is damaged or lost, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@fidgetbox.ch with details and photos.
- We may offer a replacement box or another suitable resolution at our discretion.
Customs Duties
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
